Sclerotherapy, delivered with care.

At Refined Vein Aesthetics, we offer sclerotherapy to treat unwanted reticular and spider veins, primarily on the legs. During your consultation, we can also discuss treatment for veins in other areas when appropriate.

Spider Vein Treatment

Fine, surface veins — those red and purple webs that surface on the legs — gently treated with precise, micro-injection sclerotherapy.

Reticular Vein Treatment

Slightly larger bluish-green veins beneath the surface, often the source of spider veins. Addressed at the root for lasting clarity.

Sclerotherapy

Proven medications — Asclera (polidocanol) and glycerin — used to safely close treated veins within the superficial venous system.

More than cosmetic

Relief you can feel, results you can see.

The results are not merely cosmetic — many clients benefit from relief of pain, burning, itching, mild swelling, and the “heavy” feeling caused by spider and reticular veins.

  • Relief from leg pain and aching
  • Less burning and itching
  • Reduced mild swelling
  • Eases the heavy, tired-leg feeling
  • Visible cosmetic improvement
  • Improved confidence in shorts and dresses

A thoughtful series

Most clients need a series of sessions for best results, typically spaced a few weeks apart to allow the body time to clear the treated veins.

Good-faith exam

All patients complete a brief virtual medical visit with our provider before treatment, and once every 12 months thereafter, to confirm care is safe and appropriate for you.

Treatment time

Most treatments are completed in about an hour, allowing plenty of time for personalized care.

Treatment pricing

Treatment pricing varies with the medication used to achieve your best outcome, typically ranging from $325-$500 per session.
